GAPS Diet: 30 Days of Meal Plans
If you’re ready to start fixing your child’s intestinal problems, skin issues, and food allergies, here are 30 Days of GAPS Diet menus for this incredible healing program. This will save you a LOT of time in trying to figure it all out on your own.
The GAPS diet begins with an introduction diet of six stages and plenty of homemade soups. The beginning stages allow mostly broth, good quality fat, easily digested vegetables, boiled meats and the juice of fermented vegetables.
Once symptoms improve, additional foods like fruit, raw vegetables and their juices, nuts and nut flours are slowly added until you’ve reached the full GAPS diet which allows most wholesome foods, but still excludes grains, starchy tubers, sugars (except for honey) and other foods that can potentially damage an already compromised gut.

Neurological disorders like autism can be helped through dietary changes. Families that have been unsuccessful with medical intervention have turned to the GAPS diet, and many have experienced significant recovery.
What’s most important to understand is that at the root of most health problems lie food intolerances and sensitivities which takes time to heal. The GAPS diet doesn’t work overnight since it involves both comprehensive detoxification coupled with dietary changes. But it does work, and with impressive results to those who follow the program!
